YES. Just simply make a request and we will be more than happy to provide you with a list of completed projects.
Will I know the total cost of the completed project up front?
YES. We will give you a FREE verbal estimate on the cost of your project. If you are ready to take the next step, for a fully deductible fee, we will provide you a written contract with specific details on what work is to be performed, as well as the cost of the project, and the payment schedule. This written contract is especially helpful when dealing with insurance companies or banking institutions.
Is JL Wade Construction licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed through the State of Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth. We carry a Residential Builders’ and Maintenance & Alteration Contractor’s Board Residential Builder License. We carry liability insurance through a local insurance agency.
