My name is Jeffrey Wade, Sr. and I am a Licensed Residential Builder in Midland, Michigan. We service Midland, Bay City, and all surrounding areas. My work experience in the construction industry began as a teenager, working with my father, then progressing into subcontracting for several years, which eventually led to the startup of my own construction business in 2000. I have successfully owned and operated JL Wade Construction for over 20 years.
During the past two decades, JL Wade Construction has completed a number of different projects; siding, window and door replacement, fascia and soffit, home additions, pole buildings, garages, and complete new home construction and renovations.
One of the most challenging and interesting projects took us to New Orleans, Louisiana to help in the rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Katrina destroyed most of the city. This was a great experience both spiritually and educationally. Most of our projects in New Orleans centered on Restoring Historic Homes in the Garden District, which was something I had only minimal experience with previously.
I would like to personally say thank you to each and every property owner I have worked with over the years. I have learned so much along this journey, about construction and about people. I am humbled by the many, many referrals I have received from satisfied customers who say they felt I was trustworthy, so they shared my name with their family and friends.
